Hakema provides a customer register or database where you can keep the following information about your customers



  • Customer name
  • Customer Email address 
  • Customer mobile no
  • Customer auto registration no. (only in case the system is used for automotive services)
  • Email and SMS marketing permissions.

You can add unlimited customers to this list and use this list to share promotions and details to them. 


Here is how you can add a customer to a list. Login to your Hakema account.


Go to Admin > Customers > Add Customer and you will see this pop-up. 




Enter customer name, email and phone no. Press confirm and you are done.
