Here is how you change the main email and phone number on your Hakema account. 


Note: If you change the email it will also change the email address you use to log into your account. If you change your phone number, you will get SMS/Text* notifications on your new number (provided it is a mobile number). Your customer will get your updated contact information in their booking confirmation emails.


To change your email address or phone number on your account, please do the following:


  • Go to Settings > Business 
  • Select Edit under Contact on that page



  • Update the email and phone number with your new one and click "Confirm"
  • You will get a confirmation message of the change
