Sometimes your customers may not have the time to cancel the bookings themselves and may call you to do so. Canceling bookings in Hakema will ensure that the time slot is made “available” again so that other customers can book it.

Here is how you cancel an existing booking.

  • Login to you Hakema Account
  • Go to  Admin > Calendar  
  • Find the booked appointment either in the Calendar or via Upcoming bookings Tab

  • Click on Booked Appointment. You will see a pop-up, Edit Booking. Press Next and you will see the "Cancel booking" button at the bottom right-hand side.  

  • Once you press the cancel, you will be asked to confirm your decision. After that, you should see a success message. Depending on if the customer email is present or not, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
