Sometimes a customer might call you and ask you to change his/her booking timings.

It is really simple in Hakema to change an existing booking. Please follow these steps:

  • Login to your Hakema account
  • Locate the booking on the booking calendar. Usually, the customer will tell this information or you can find this information from the customer profile.
  • Once you have located the booking there are two ways you can make the changes
