First of all please check if you have typed the correct email address. Sometimes, extra spaces of unwanted characters might creep in.
If you still get this error, it means that this email address is already registered in the system. In Hakema Connect, email address works as login and the system doesn't allow for more than one account per email address.
If you have forgotten your password you can always ask to reset it by clicking on "Forgot password?"
