My customer has cancelled the booking, do I still need to pay? Print

Hakema marketplace providers are only charged for CONFIRMED bookings.

Once a customer cancels a booking made with you, it is marked CANCELLED in our system. You are not charged any commission for such bookings.

Please contact us with booking reference number if you are not sure.
