There are times when a customer does not turn up and also forgets to cancel. 


Hakema.io allows marking such bookings as No-show.  (Note: Currently the customer is not informed and this data is collected for your reporting purposes only).


When you mark an appointment as No-Show, it is not counted towards your monthly sales statistics.


Here is how you can mark a booking for No-show.


  • Login to your Hakema account
  • Find the booking you want to mark as No-show. Click on it and it will show the following pop-up.


 

  • Click on the Mark this as No-show. When you mark the booking as No-show, it turns yellow in the calendar (see below).
