There are situations where before the next customer arrives, you may need to set up your workbench, chair or washing hall. 

For e.g. you provide massage, say for 30 min, and after the massage, you need 10 min to clean and get ready for the next customer. 

 There are two ways to achieve this. 

•  Add this 10 min manually to all your services. 

•  Make a one-time setting so that it is automatically added. 

This is available in Hakema where you can easily add preparation time to all your services with a click of a button. 

 Go to Admin > Settings > Booking and there you can set it.
