Please follow these steps to add breaks.


  1. Login to Hakema Admin > Calendar > Add Break. 
  2. When you click on Add Break, a new screen will pop up as shown below
  3. When you click on the name it will display all the staff/resources that are available in the system.
  4. Select the resource from the drop-down list box for whom you wish to add a break.
  5.  Select break times. You can add a break for a single time-slot, a whole day or repeat the same slot for any number of days, weeks and months.
  6. You can also add the reason for the break for .e.g lunchtime or personal time off.




Note. This Add break option can also be used to mark leaves or holidays.
