Please follow these steps to add breaks.
- Login to Hakema Admin > Calendar > Add Break.
- When you click on Add Break, a new screen will pop up as shown below
- When you click on the name it will display all the staff/resources that are available in the system.
- Select the resource from the drop-down list box for whom you wish to add a break.
- Select break times. You can add a break for a single time-slot, a whole day or repeat the same slot for any number of days, weeks and months.
- You can also add the reason for the break for .e.g lunchtime or personal time off.
Note. This Add break option can also be used to mark leaves or holidays.
